Contrast is your true and real nature.
Contrast is your true and real nature.
You are the epitome of contradiction, of contrast. You are two sides of the same coin. The Yin/Yang.
Reject or Take, the contrast is all You in perfect balance. Contrast is the real authentic you. The You that loves each side of you equally with impartial unconditional love, without judgement, bias, or prejudice.

And just like the moon, you shall go through phases of light of dark and of everything in between. And though you may not always appear with the same brightness, you are always always whole.

Oh thank you, so this is what the existential torment of intelligence feels like.Fairy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2025 9:29 amThat’s a very intelligent observation.Eodnhoj7 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2025 6:38 amVery true video.Fairy wrote: ↑Thu Jan 16, 2025 10:21 am https://youtu.be/uG3fnEyZOIc?si=snddXwii1p39_fVM

The 2000 degree fire of a raging chaotic desire for meaning provides such a pleasant warmth when contrasted to the icy cold vacuum of a desolate and meaningless bottomless abyss...and cannot tell which one I prefer more.
Maybe if I just think about it more....

It sucks being intelligent. It’s like, the blessing of the curse, the agony of the ecstasy.Eodnhoj7 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2025 5:34 pmOh thank you, so this is what the existential torment of intelligence feels like.

Re: Contrast is your true and real nature.
Yeah I tell myself I am intelligent until I ask myself what intelligence really is. Fundamentally it is the application and maintenance of distinctions...something akin to "mental illness" in some Buddhist texts. Intelligence is a mental illness. In western theology the symbol of Lucifer is regarded as pure intelligence...and he is burning in a bottomless abyss. Contrast is the foundation of distinction.Fairy wrote: ↑Fri Jan 17, 2025 7:15 pmIt sucks being intelligent. I was messing around with an IQ writing analysis algorithm online a week ago, (https://www.writingtoiq.com/) giving it sample questions, viewpoints, etc. just for the hell of it. I calculated averages, peak/low scores etc. It claims to measure general IQ through writing samples, but the online community detected serious faults with the testing application....primarily just string big words together, added the obvious observation that writing skill does not necessitate a clear logical skill in regards to the application of meaningful language, math, spatial reasoning, etc...furthermore intelligent people have to "dumb down" their words. But the normal IQ test as serious faults, as well, as their are cultural biases as to what constitutes intelligence, how certain types of intelligence (socializing, creativity, non-linear out the box thinking, etc.) that cannot be effectively measured. The most obvious is the simple question, "how do you measure measurement without applying subjective standards?"
Anyhow:
So, for fun, I typed this out...while following the rules and typing something "meaningful" (at least to me, as meaning can be subjective as Wittgenstein and Jung point out in their works):
"The nature of distinction, as the simultaneous connection and separation of further distinctions, necessitates distinction as inseparable from and synonymous to context, due to an inherent relativistic nature as the process of distinction becomes a self-referential process given distinction manifests through further distinction, and as such this nature points to a quality of contextual recursion, with recursion being a meta-context in itself, where the context, due to its inherent dualistic nature as both connecting and separating, is a phenomenon of paradox within the process of awareness as the quality of distinction is inseparable from contextualization."
Scored a 192.
Fortunately the analyzer has serious faults, as well as the general IQ tests, but under the best circumstances it can be used as a tool to give a small foundation for understanding 'writing IQ'...not general IQ as it claims.

Nothin is happening. That is all that’s happening ever.
Re: Contrast is your true and real nature.
In convincing others of a position, you at the very least expose your own Conviction first.
Everybody defines themselves first (their own beliefs and understanding of beliefs), before they can define others.

Re: Contrast is your true and real nature.
I agree.
Never be limited by another person’s perception of reality, or allow their perception to be what defines you.
