war and peace, pick one?

we are faced in this world with much violence
and hatred and anger..... and given all the anger and
hated and violence in this world, do you feel any safer?

Instead of violence and hatred, let us try something new...
peace... about we give peace a chance.. 

And one might ask, why don't we give peace a chance?
and upon reflection we can give you an answer....
the fact is that war and violence help the GDP...
the Gross Domestic Product... war/violence helps people have jobs
and creates profits and helps the bottom line...
you can sell weapons and security, peace of mind,
with the threat of violence...
what is the price of peace? What can you sell with peace?

peace is not a money maker... you can't make profits on peace..
but you can make profits on violence and hatred and anger...
that is why we glorify violence and weapons... we can sell that
to make money...

and to my original point, do you feel safer in this world that
glorifies and practices violence and war? the blunt point to
war and violence is that we can create jobs and profits,
in a way that you can't do with peace...
and the discomfort you feel in the world today is great for
those who want to sell violence and hatred.... because fear
will sell more weapons than hope or peace...
