The first guy just has a stammer which he's had since childhood.

The second guy has the narcissism and Frontotemporal dementia as well. It's been visible in his regular bouts of aphasia for years already such as when he spoke repeatedly of "the oranges of the investigation" because he lost cognitive access to the word 'origins' and inserted any word that sounded similar, which is something old people start to do as they near the end.

I mean, ideally, if I object to it my hope is that the one who's trying to steal it would try to be a decent human being and not take something that they had no right to take if I objected to it. Otherwise, I'm too old and weak to win in a fight for it. I mean, if my choice is either fight for my home or die, I guess I'd just have to die, if that's what the thief wanted.
