Because We Do

Post by Gary Childress »

Sometimes there is happiness in life and sometimes there is tragedy. Sometimes there is justice and sometimes there is injustice. And in the end, we all die and nothing is ultimately settled or resolved. It all turns into dust in the end.

I'm not angry at those who have been thrown into this world alongside me. In some senses, I suspect we are our circumstances, our environment, and our genetics. We always choose what we "need", "desire", or "ought" to choose as far as we know. And we make mistakes when we realize we chose something we wouldn't have wanted to had we known better. We always do "because..."

The saga of life will never identify with some kind of resolution for any individual, group, or specie. Death is, in a sense, the ultimate resolution in annulling all that we identify as unresolved. As long as there is life, there is no subsisting "settlement" only those which may exist temporarily as hiatus. But life will always fluctuate much like an oscilloscope which hasn't yet flatlined, wherein all vestiges of being inevitably default to a universal carrier wave which hasn't yet been assigned, energized or modulated by living matter.

Once again, what can be clearly seen here are individual thoughts, assumptions, or beliefs, expressed as though those personal views are true, right, and correct, but which were based upon nothing AT ALL other than the personal experiences of extremely 'short-lived' individual human bodies.

Now, what IS ACTUALLY IRREFUTABLY True, Right, AND Correct, quite commonly in the days when this being written, DIFFERS, quite remarkably, from personal views, like, for example, the ones expressed here in this thread, and here in this forum.

Also to note, the above is expressed here in this thread, and here in this forum.
