What does the case of Ken Paxton tell us about the Republican Party?

Maybe in 30 years Mar-a-lago will host tours for people to pay homage to Trump, just like Graceland does for Elvis fans?

True, but at least they'll be with God and God "loves" them. Otherwise, he wouldn't have endowed them with cancer, right? ¯\_(*_*)_/¯Sculptor wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 5:07 pmGary Childress wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2023 2:36 pm Maybe in 30 years Mar-a-lago will host tours for people to pay homage to Trump, just like Graceland does for Elvis fans?

The "second coming" is going to be so grand, isn't it! We'll all get to meet God and live happily ever after! Unless of course, we don't kiss God's ass, then he'll drown us or send us to burn in hell. Who couldn't "love" a big warm, fuzzy, cuddly "God" like that?! Be realistic!! Where are our "family values" for "heaven's sake"!? Think of the kids!Sculptor wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 5:13 pmSuch is the logic of the religious.Gary Childress wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 5:10 pmTrue, but at least they'll be with God and God "loves" them. Only if they fornicate and "adulterate" with non-Christians who won't repent. Nothing is more sinful than that!Sculptor wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 5:30 pmOooh - will he bring back stoning for females that fornicate or adulterate??Gary Childress wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 5:17 pmThe "second coming" is going to be so grand, isn't it!
