Hairball asked why would anyone invent a moronic robot, par the course of him trying to undermine and goad me, since I intimidate him intellectually, philosophically, physically, in every way really...

The problem is that his analogy is bad. Nobody "invents" a moronic robot. But the first attempts are always "moronic". The "moronic" aspect would be trying to use the failures as primary examples of the intent. This is why Hairball is outmatched.

The proper analogy is comparing this to Hairball's attempts at philosophy:

You only exist as a pattern made up of all the others things in your life that shape you. If you take each away, “you” would eventually cease to exist. This does not mean that you do not exist at all, but rather that you exist as a combination of all the others who complete your sense of self.

So what does that have to do with illusions?

Yes or No?

Yes to the second part.
But you have never seen consciousness. So how do you know you are conscious?

Have you seen consciousness?

I don't see it. I touch it. Consciousness begins at your fingertips.

If you say you are conscious, then prove it by showing the evidence.

You cannot tell yourself you are conscious.

You're straw-manning me. I didn't say "I tell myself". I said that I feel consciousness through Touch first, Sight last.

If you start and end with what is only Seen, then yes, most of reality will indeed seem "Illusive".
