This toxic cloud hanging over a small town was ordered by The Government. It’s a recent chemical cloud from the controlled burn of a train derailment in Ohio, near a big river.

It’s a pretty big deal, likely caused by the same elements and secondary conditions that brought down Taggart Transcontinental.
