Well it's been fun, it's been a pleasure everyone, but now the time has come to settle the matter once and for all. Only one philosopher can be the greatest of all time, the one who has all the answers or at least most of them. The one overshadowing even the other giants, who is it going to be?

Would this ballot pertain to explicit Actioneering Philosophy, Seering and Soothing, Theories of Philosophy, or Academic Philosophy within an historical milieu?

What a lovely example of a false trilemma!!!

We could each start a thread presenting a fallacy as a position without openly saying it is fallacious and see if people can label it.
Some will do this unconsciously, but it would still be a learning opportunity.

I was not familiar with the term, "bagsy." It's apparently a UK expression.

I grew up in Eastern Massachusetts. The term, "hosey," had a similar use, (the first to claim something), but usually applied to things rather than positions or states.

I think to all of them, but I'm not sure. Maybe some aren't as important as others? You'll have to ask our three great philosophers about this.
