Happiness according to psychologists

Based on the scientific psychological studies, happiness can be defined like this: Happiness is momentary, short-term, medium term, long term, or whole life satisfaction, characterized by a balance of positive and negative feelings or positive feelings alone, resulting from pleasure, engagement, meaning, or any combination of the three. Do you agree?
