1. AI is determined by algorithms.
2. Human behavior is determined by genetics thus like the AI is determined by a preset pattern.
3. An AI cannot overwrite its programming but a person can. For example an AI cannot overwrite its programming of counting whole numbers while a person who is an alcoholic and predisposed to alcoholism can quit drinking.
4. Free will is the ability to overwrite predetermined programming be it an algorithm or genetics.
