Privilege has an upper plateau. The wealthy's children are almost guaranteed success because they can work at the highest level in whatever field most interests them with minimal effort. They can also screw up as often as needed and restart as often as wanted. This kind of privilege, aside from the effort part, describes the sort of life a legitimate government would ensure for all it's citizens.
