I prefer the terms consistency, and persistence. But I understand and generally agree with you, bahman. If reality were to shift randomly, it wouldn't be very reliable. More like a dream state. That is why I accept external reality existing outside and in spite of my awareness. Because of its persistence. I go to sleep, but in the morning, I'm still on the same bed. It hasn't just buggered off somewhere.

Change is not always understood but it is inevitable as everything is in perpetual motion
For absolute stillness like an absolute vacuum is not something that can exist in reality
