Experiments and observations.

Is the mind the same as the body? What is consciousness? Can machines have it?

A doctor showed on a model on TV that there can be a hole in the wall between one vestibule and the other so that the blood clots coming from the veins move into the other vestibule and then into the arteries and to the brain and you can get a stroke.

Would it help to sit up when the palpitation session sets in ? Then the blood would stay at the bottom of the vestibule and not reach the hole in the wall, perhaps.

Can the lung palpitate too ?
What else ?

It cannot be the heart itself because the puls remains normal so the heart must pump normally.

It is good to have a poem one can repeat to oneself when life gets disagreeable.

I agree...here's a poem that makes this agnostic feel better when life gets disagreeable...

Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

Thank you AS. :)

And some days ago I started to learn:

All in the golden afternoon
Full leisurely we glide;
.......

Both in English and in another language.

Hoping to let my mind glide into a good state.

One is lonely if one does not feel liked by anyone.

"Nobody likes me." :(

An idea of an exercise to become more focused.
Which could be called "spasmatic":

Stretching and freezing in slow motion, as if possessed by a demon. Good for balance and the joins.
