Or it could be that some people can type very fast and sometimes wires get crossed. Or maybe the computer pre-empts. Or perhaps you are dealing with weirdos who copy paste everything you write. Or you could be just a person who likes to do everything well, no matter what it is. Or a considerate professional writer who's used to making the editor's job easier. Or maybe someone who has a thought to add (some people have thoughts regularly you know. You should try it). Or perhaps someone is dealing the 'social media type' (the ones with no conception of etiqutte or social skills) who is petty and immature enough to mention the fact that someone has used the 'edit' function (which presumably is there to be used).

Muscle content counts for much. You can be fat and have no muscle or be fat and have plenty of muscle and strength. Plus there are other factors in health.

Is it possible to edit a post a dozen times? With a lousy computer, I believe it is.

And we all know how eating McDonald's builds muscle mass. Sugar, refined bleached flour, and reconstituted meatette cowpat thingies. Just what every athlete needs. Anyone else would be charged with false advertising when you look at the laughable adverts compared to the real thing. It's actually really easy to make an actual hamburger that looks just like the photos-- I do it all the time. Better in fact. But I would have a hard time making one that looks like the ones they construct at McDonald's. Do they put them through a steam-presser at the end of the assembly line?

What the social media types crowd overlook is you can use fat to help build muscle.

You can also use fat to build heart attacks.

Would you consciously do that?

Much depends on what you do with your body, not simply what you put into it. Also fat can act as a cushion and as a source of energy and heat.

I wouldn't call McDonald's particularly fatty food. The right kinds of fats are good for you anyway. They say it's the corn syrup that makes Americans fat. I understand it's put in practically everything over there--very bad for the liver, and if the liver isn't functioning properly it will make you fat even if you don't overeat. Millions of children over there have NAFLD ffs. Many are developing cirrhosis.

Fried, fatty foods typically are actually very nutritious, the problem is there's also a lot of other stuff in them that's bad for you.

Sodium, cholesterol, lots of unhealthy fats and sugar. Much like cereal, they are often artificially loaded with vitamins though.

I don't see the FDA banning McDonalds and other restaurants along with the local authorities.
