if that happened in America they'da shot em the second after the tussle when he hopped out of the truck. that wuz well played by the policia... but they shoulda tazed em immediately and prevented him from getting back in becuz they can't know he's not getting a gun and getting ready to fire on em through the window. standing twenty feet from that truck was a bad idea becuz of those lightly tinted windows, hombre.
