The simple reason why the Middle and Lower class are Plebian,
Is because they cannot control their Sexuality or Mating.

Honestly, you are spouting stuff you have absolutely no understanding of. The upper class have probably always been the most sexually promiscuous of all. Is there anything you don't get wrong?
