Upon awakening from our nightly dreams, we instantly recognise them as though they never existed. So too it is wise to let go of our waking life as though it was a dream that never existed.
Attachment to that which only exists as a dream, is our suffering. Yes, to be a part of this waking life, is suffering, until we learn to let go, as easily as we let go of our nightly dreams upon awakening from them, realising their insignificant pure emptiness.
Waking life is comparable to a dream.
