personal intro

Post by Teddie1234 »

My name is Richard - I'm 68 and have always been interested in philosophy since I first studied the subject at school -this was followed
by a couple of subsequent attempts to gain formal qualifications at college and then at the Open University - however had to abort these for various
reasons, but the discipline still attracts me in all its variety. It seems more than ever in this social media driven age that 'the dogged search for clarity' - can't remember where this quote is from - is becoming increasingly important

Looking forward to some interesting interactions -

All the best Richard

I'm happy to hear that, despite the obstacles you've encountered, you still have a strong desire to earn a degree in philosophy. The study of philosophy provides a one-of-a-kind chance for introspection, analysis, and the quest for meaning in the face of ambiguity.
