to be or not to be <high>?
to be or not to be <high>?
Is there any legitimate reason to Not be high all the time? Other than the innate nature of tolerance, being high at one level or other seems to enhance every human activity. Do not bring up concentration because that's about a particular level, not being high per-se.

Every human activity? Brain surgery? Driving a car? Operating heavy machinery? Piloting a plane? Taking a bar exam? Conducting a funeral? Target practice? Cooking?

Those things are relative to particular levels of being high, not being high itself. Of the things on that list i can do (6), i can do all of them perfectly adequately on marijuana. This brings us back to the concentration point. Anything that distracts you can be dangerous for operating heavy machinery. And on a completely different note, a funeral need not be sombre.
