No idea what 355/113 has to do with anything.
The constituency of π relies on a ratio of Φ,
from Φ's own "rib" is derived π, as from Adam's own "rib" is derived Eve,
π = 4/√Φ. Not an approximation of it, the ratio integrally maintained.
