False, as physics is descriptive it follows under laws of logic or at least is parallel to them.

As to the the laws of logic they negate themselves under their own laws, as such logic is self referential and can maintain itself without an empirical only base.

Physics does not give definition or clarity under choice theory as choice theory necessitates not just a choice in the beginning axioms, physics or logic, but choice theory is suspended from both as it is a means of definition to determine how definition occurs.
