Was never particularly fond of Pavarotti's voice. Corelli here though much older is far more virile imo.

It's no secret that voices in the past were a lot better than they are now. An outstanding Helden tenor is as rare as snowflakes in summer. Great Wagner singers are especially lacking. Nothing of this nature in recent memory...
