Chicken and Egg Ethics
Which came first? Society or ethical values. Man or ethical values. The answer is neither. Society does not have ethical values. Values are what describes a particular society. Society must therefore be determined by end values that encompass values holistically. It is absurd and dangerous to talk about equality in isolation. God is the truth and Truth is God. Indeed it may be said that Jesus of Nazareth was not a ‘Christian’ but someone arising out of Judaism who spoke of values.

I can't see much point in asking a question for which you already know the answer.

The question has nothing to do with humans and certianly nothing to do with God.
The roots of ethical behaviour and evidence of society predate humans by a significant time, and God is a rather recent idea.
Apply a little zooloogy to this question and you can clearly see that ethical behaviour and social animals go hand in hand.

As for humans. Society and ethics not only predate Jesus, but also all extant versions of god.
