Kayla --- The problem is the sex war is hidden, instead of being fought out in the open. This makes women hyper-sensitive to insults (worried that men may attack), and men hyper-nervous of saying anything wrong (worried about being sanctioned). Accordingly, when two or three men get together, they start to feel more confident, and can occasionally blurt out something crude or offensive. It is crude and offensive because it has been suppressed so long -- it has festered. Now, when you go to a ‘tractor maintenance seminar’ there are several hundred men, very few ladies, and there’s bound to be some drink. I am afraid under those circumstances it is quite likely that one individual will insult you, egged on by his mates. Sorry about that! The solution is to be sexist to each other out in the open, while maintaining a civil tone. Hence my ‘dominance’ logo.

FlashDangerpants --- Yes, it’s my address, but I don’t think I’m risking much. I published everything when I was editing on Wikipedia, including the phone number of the local police station, for someone to phone if they really wanted to give me a problem. And yet nobody ever took advantage -- even though the discussion was pretty vitriolic. All my contact info is on my website, anyway.

I’m sorry about my ‘imaginary friends’. I got carried away. The website will only be ready in two weeks time, and I haven’t got any firm plans as to how to spread the news, so nobody has had a chance to sign up yet, and maybe it will be a month or two before number one signs up. I cannot become a member because I am divorced.

What else is ‘very mad’ in my pledge?

Dalek Prime --- Whatever turns you on … but it’s not a very manly activity, however exciting the dominatrix finds it.

henry quirk --- I don’t feel entirely sure of myself, so I won’t comment further on child discipline.

vegetariantaxidermy --- I’m not going to talk to you until you are more polite.

That fact that we're all equally disgusting makes us equals in spite of differences.

Dubious --- I disagree that we are equally disgusting. Once again it is a sexist question: what do men find disgusting, what do women find disgusting? Most men long to be sexually harassed, whereas many women find it disgusting behaviour. The average man finds the average woman averagely attractive, whereas the average woman finds the average man unattractive … a little bit disgusting (see evidence here: https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid= ... NWQyNDEzMw). I suppose there must be some behaviours that both men and women find equally disgusting, but I bet we differ substantially on most. So, to repeat myself, equality and equality of opportunity between the sexes are lies - despite some similarities.
