Every time a child is born, that creates the chance of when your life is at risk, them being saved instead of you just because they're "young and innocent". And there are other reasons why having children is not a victimless crime, even when it is consensual on the part of the child.

Being born cannot confer an obligation on someone either to their parents or to society, and only when and if they willfully accept being part of society can they ever begin to accrue debt, obligation, or responsibility.
