Some vital points to keep in mind - essential concepts

Post by prof »

[Written or compiled by M. C. Katz, Ph.D.]

Life is more about giving than getting.

Whatever the question, Love is the answer.

Fear and greed are misleading motivators.

Love drives out fear; ethics drives out greed.

To make things morally better is to be ethical.

To see an individual as of uncountably-high value is to be ethical.

Be true to your own true Self; that is what morality is all about.

Ignorance is the problem. Knowledge (including know-how) is the solution.

Everyone is doing the best they can; if they knew better they would do better.

Morality is to have high ideals and to live up to them.

Adding value (rather than disvalue) to each situation is how to live the ethical life.

If you have a wife, keep your wife happy: a happy wife is a good life.

You always seem to talk about the same things on this forum. Have you looked beyond ethics?
