Assisted suicide and John Locke

It's interesting to note that the some morons that would use this argument (of Locke's) to ban suicide, would manage to find an excuse for capital punishment.
Whereas it is so-called 'liberals' that, urge the right to euthanasia, also are against capital punishment.

If you mean my "level" in philosophy, it's very low because this is my first year having social sciences so I don't know much about this.

I'm in secondary school (Holland) 4th grade, so its my first year having social sciences

As I already said I had to solve the problem about assisted suicide by thinking as John Locke. But how do you think he would solve the problem? I understand he might never said a word about (assisted) suicide or euthanasia, but there still are his main ideas about human beings. As says human can make out of their lives what they want (tabula rasa) he would be proponent.

Also if someone has an essay about assisted suicide I would like to have it, so I can use it for the project.

WHAT! He's one of my favourite writers! His books are just so funny! A man with such humour... only makes you wanna live ^^

He wants to live, but not as a vegetable and he wants the right to end his life at a time of his choosing.
Alzheimer's is literally causing Terry to disappear before his own eyes.
He can no longer write without help and his has trouble putting clothes on - AND HE KNOWS IT.

That may be but his latest book: "Snuff" sold really really well and was released in 2011, 4 years after his diagnose with Alzheimer's, so he still got it in him, and better stay alive so that I can continue reading his books! If he needs help writing or pooping or whatever doesn't matter, he can still work creativity and that's what really matters.
