If the past indicates the future, there will be much fertile ground for lawsuits and political weapons in the days ahead.

The cause was known, the effects were not only known but inevitable.
Much ammo waiting for a spark.

- Violation of human rights.

- Cruel and unusual punishment beyond the scope of sentencing and jailing.

- More lawyers scrounging for a buck, and more incarcerated humans, than anywhere else in the known universe.
