thank you nikolstone, you remind me of this undercurrent. once when i was a kid me and my family were sitting at the edge of the yellowstone river and my little brother got sucked away by the rapids and the current, all i remember is a nice time and then all of a sudden everyone was screaming and my dad was diving into the rapids and grabbed onto the end of my brothers foot and saved him

i apologize but regardless of the fact that i fully understand you it will always be my nature to go against you

Sounds intriguing, what do you mean by this. What do you fully understand about me? What is your nature? Why must you go against me?

loquiacious serendipity
words flow with rapidity
one after t'other
what to discover
my flowing tongue
mellifluous prong
its leads me there
not sure where
but better for it anyway

Steeped in shit
Balls on fire
Rent due
Great world heated by fire
Black canvas on top of blue
Poster laid out

Don't damage yourself by what you see
Stop putting your gaze onto yahoo aesthetics
Image as prison once seen hard to remove
Our culture has become our prison but it's alright
because we know it is so

lying in my bed at night with my window open listening to the crickets
i began to feel so sad

lately i've been noticing more and more how it will soon be gone
who could stand to exist without crickets singing you to sleep through your window
and singing you goodmorning as you rise in the morning

i've noticed the disappearing mosquitos and bees, i've noticed everything disappearing that is precious and vital to me

i've noticed the disappearing of chokecherry trees where we once found them plentiful and free in the wild
now you are more likely to pay a berry company to pick them on their company land of plentiful files

really makes me sick really
having been fortunate enough to know the difference between the two worlds

where are the grasshoppers? where are the butterflies? where are the glaciers? where are the beavers? aroura borealis are you next? where are the deer? crystal pure blue lakes? with unpoisoned fish? where is my neighbor who put up with my horse escaping and eating all his oats? where is the quilt his wife made me with her kind heart and her own hands? where is the stream that i used to go hang my feet in that used to be near there?

where

Lying in my bed at night,
with my hand poised on the electric light
The tv's roaring so I turn it down,
my electric blanket motifed in crowns
The carpets pile a luxurios feel,
even through the nylon gracing my heel
The window glass makes gazing a pleasure
the cold and the damp inside comes never
The street below all concrete and hard
theres no mud to be seen not even a yard
I head to the kitchen and open the fridge
lots of food here to choose and I didn't grow a smidge
These steel utensils sure beat my hands
and these disposable towels really are grand
But then I get sad and think of the beaver
and his destruction and my part in it
So I lament the loss and put it to rhime
god I feel better im now innocent of crime.

The Bed is where I like to be,
that special warmth,
enclosing me.
Like a womb, where I do hide.
Away from where I can be espied.
The Bed is where I like to be,
make mine a Boudoir that's where I need to be.
Laptop, TV and Iphone to 'earn'
the relaxing bed.
a place to learn.
Oh dear I speak thou in contradiction.
But needs to head in beds direction!!

Lying in bed I survey around
these four walls surrounding me
there's not a sound;
I own what I see

this kingdom for a cracked crown
in a sense I am free
and with a knowing frown
I'm out my tree

Built of mud and dust,
may as well be;
I'm not that fussed:
It's gotta be

Dragons' Den

I'm looking for seventy five grand
for twenty percent o' my company
if with me you take a stand
We'll make profit, you will see

Invest in me, and my big brain
We'll turn my stinking piss to gold
with your help it's no strain
these commodities bought and sold
to consumers, no thought-train
young and old
they'll all come
with their wallets
for our fun

Bitches, every one,
but not you my winking son
your money goes to good places
maybe even a good cause
we will watch their falling faces
and give their thoughts a pause

But, its too late
their wallet emptied to freight
just you listen its true
give me your money
for my food
and if you don't see return
its your mistake...
now its your turn to gurn..
bitch

One pulled from an archive..

elemental forces contriving their courses..
through ever pumping veins of men turned insane
eyes peering obliviously into oblivion, vigorously to the mad sci-on..
truths harshly unveiled; the man's brain has sailed
uncharted waters turn different corners, till..
all-those-close are mourners...
movement once shining is now rotting in lining
of a box six feet under the..
floor.

I hear the singing, I hear the tunes
of that maddening and effervescent score.
fuck you fuck me..
open a door
it opens my mind, see what you find
nothing less nothing more,
its your fucking law.

I'm here and you're there,
its but a scare
you see yourself now?
you're but a cow
it's done; I am done, with your fucking fun
guess what?
.....

I have cum.

i pulled this from my archive too, well actually i found it in my garage accidentally last month, anyhow i wrote it in highschool, i didn't even know it was there and it was left unfinished:

This is time for reflection
... Careful and Consise...

Jumping into the black hole
although walking slow
and here I am

Where is the rhyme to this reason
... I was asking...

I jeer to the left
I jeer to the right
I did, but now here I am,
in the middle
of the
Black Hole

Ever so clear and slow
answerless, questionless
looking out at the universe
that was my life

I used to think i owned my life
but it is not ours nomatter how hard we try

we are noones image
not our own image

Personality ---- our individual soul's --
some --- follow --- some don't know
Our purpose is beyond what we know
There is No success
There is no individual quest
All the forces and secrets in this black whole -- silent and tingly -- Thick and full

Striving our lives away and
still not getting anything done
Have you lived and loved?
lived and loved?

Animals we are
beams of firelight that flicker into
the direction of the wind

Have you ever really looked at fire --
it's f\lame so closely
Its so alive, it is
It can kill you
It can warm you to survive

Food can kill you
Food can sustain you

ok girls and boys, since we are dragging them out from the archives of our youth;

The Godforsaken

The pulpit trembled as the hand came down, upon the blessed book.
With a stern dire man driving the hand, the congregation at once looked.

When the point was made the holy ones rage, ceased to be a flow.
Of sermons made and sermons thought, the gathered just wanted to go.

The preacher later stood at the temple gate with blessings for his flock.
As they moved on past this Sunday last, his handshake like a lock.

He turned away at the last goodbye with his thoughts on an impending chore.
A baptism at "two" that won't take long and a christening at four.

All is quiet now its Sunday eve and he settles down for tea.
He eats alone no partner shares his heartbreak or his glee.

He eats alone three times a day and ponders on his plight.
Unlike the brides of Christ he thinks who will have sisterhood tonight.

A solitary man who bears the woes of humanities life long grief.
But must wear the mask of enlightenment to foster his flock’s belief.

Monday's funeral went as planned and his face was compassions mate.
But his most overwhelming thought that day, was he understood life too late.
