Of course it's child abuse. What else would you call it?
Er? Being taught about LOVE is child abuse? Please explain.
I think you are the one who needs to explain. Religion is hate, not love. Children just need to be loved. You are a prime example of how early brainwashing can permanently destroy the mind.

Does the definition you are going by state that a miracle is a happening that defies the laws of nature to occur?

One doesn't need religion to teach a child about love. One does need religion to teach a child that it is always under scrutiny, he does need religion to believe he will go to hell and all the absurdities involved in the belief in creationism. I personally know people who as children were frightened to death of the psychopathic Christian god and only found relief as adults.

That's one definition that's well worn! Do you wish to comment on it?

As far as I know, that is the standard definition of a miracle, otherwise, it is just a fortunate happening in the I like I don't like categories.

There's got to be another definition for miracles! If not, that's rather odd, si señor/señorita?

Well if a happening is within the means of natural occurrence, then it is in all probability a natural occurrence. When you can raise your great, great grandfather from his grave for a family reunion, then we have something to consider.

Like something enabling the existence of miracles?

No, we would need to do a statistical analysis of miracles When I make what I believe is a new proposal, it's usually the case that someone's already beat me to it. Is this true of this recommendation too?

How can you have a statistical analysis of something unverifiable? I personally know of no claimed miracle that can stand up to scrutiny
