Who said no one noticed? What are people supposed to do? Not everyone is as rude and invasive as Americans.

FYI - she was not walking in the UK or the US, she was walking around Tokyo. Japanese culture is known for its politeness and being quite buttoned up.

A point of information: this model was walking around Hong Kong (China), not Tokyo, Japan. Also Jerry Springer had a lovely female guest who said she was walking around a grocery store naked with no reaction. Shows you what can happen.
