This gets better every time I hear it.

If you need an explanation as to why, well, we could say that the transmitter and the receiver join in duality to create a third party, independent entity of relationship. This entity is not subject, it is not object, it is being.

Great song, great video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EY-_c8Ny3M0

There is some intangible sweetness in this particular relationship of music and video that when dissected, can’t be found in any particular aspect. Metaphors can be inferred from the action (the following and the joining, glimpses of humanity, humanity on a tamed path through the wilderness, pleasure … the nature of energy … which is that energy never stops.)

Good lyrics with some intentional* Buddhist hints.

* Considering the lyricist.

Ten fingers counting we have each
Nine planets around the sun repeat
Eight ball is the last if you triumphant be
Seven oceans pummel the shores of the sea

[Chorus]
It's a typical situation
In these typical times
Too many choices
It's a typical situation
In these typical times
Too many choices
Everybody's happy
Everybody's free
We'll keep the big door open
Everyone will come around
Why are you different?
Why are you that way?
If you don't get in line
We'll lock you away

It all comes down to nothing

[Verse 2]
Six senses feeling
Five around a sense of self
Four seasons turn on and turn off
I can see three corners from this corner
Two is a perfect number
But one, well

[Chorus 2]
Everybody's happy
Everybody's free
We'll keep the big door open
Everyone will come around
Why are you different
Why are you that way
If you don't get in line
We'll lock you away
Everybody's happy
Everybody's free
We'll keep the big door open
Everyone will come around
Why are you different
Why are you that way
If you don't get in line
We'll lock you away
It all comes down to nothing
It's a typical situation
In these typical times
We can't do a thing about it
Too many choices
It's a typical situation
In these typical times
We can't do a thing about it
Too many choices

[Chorus 2]

Correction. The video ain't so great, but the sweetness is.

One of my favorites.

It's been years since I listened to this but still recall every movement as if it were yesterday. This is one by Tchaikovsky's favorite composer who wrote all five of his violin concertos in his 19th year.

It should be a rule of this thread that at the minimum - The title of the song and the group/band/DJ/set/composer/etc.. are mentioned prior to the utube/woteva link.

..and if you want to be super nice to the likes of the atto ilk - post the lyrics.

I refuse to click on bare links.

Echo & The Bunnymen - The Killing Moon

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWz0JC7 ... rt_radio=1

Under a blue moon I saw you
So soon you'll take me
Up in your arms
Too late to beg you or cancel it
Though I know it must be the killing time
Unwillingly mine
Fate
Up against your will
Through the thick and thin
He will wait until
You give yourself to him
In starlit nights I saw you
So cruelly you kissed me
Your lips a magic world
Your sky all hung with jewels
The killing moon
Will come too soon
Fate
Up against your will
Through the thick and thin
He will wait until
You give yourself to him
Under a blue moon I saw you
So soon you'll take me
Up in your arms
Too late to beg you or cancel it
Though I know it must be the killing time
Unwillingly mine
Fate
Up against your will
Through the thick and thin
He will wait until
You give yourself to him

(chorus )etc...
la la la la..
