You are always asking stupid questions asking others to do the work for you.puto wrote:Chaz, academically define determinism?
If you don't know what determinism might i suggest that you try Stanford.
http://plato.stanford.edu/entries/determinism-causal/
You might also like to try 'compatibilism'.
You might also review your choice of a "?", when you ought to have used a "!".
Your statement was not in the interrogative, it was phrased in the imperative.

Believe me when I say that is one of the first things they teach you in Philosophy class, on the college level. You know I know how to write, but yet you enjoy pointing out errors, or so-called errors in my writing. You don't know about Philosophy do you? Or for that matter writing. You Pseudo-intellectual. You are not even close to being educated, or being an Eccentric. You make me laugh.

It's not clear what you're asking. Could you give an example of the kind of thing which would amount to basing one's writing on chaos theory, please.JasonPalmer wrote:Do any philosophers base their writings on chaos theory. . . .

The Presocratics might be a fertile ground in this question. Philosophers whose ideas have influenced Chaos Theory.
Re: do any philosophers accept chaos theory ?
A few years ago, I was in a supermarket in Barry, South Wales. A lovely lilting female voice announced, over the tannoy, "Today, in aisle 7, we have Chaos Theory."
I had a few minutes of glorious speculation, before I discovered, rather disappointingly, that "Chaos Theory" was the latest computer game.
Hope that helps?

Chaz, I tired of seeing you post a link to an answer, or reading something about the subject (online,) and posting the answer ((pawning it off as your own!))) What is DETERMINISM? Who, and what were the Pre-Socratics, and what contribution did they make to Philosophy, (and what kind was it?) If you don't answer this in your educated academic self, I will be like most people, and ignore your pseudo-intellectual (unphilosophical) self. Now what does delusion defined? You poser!

You need to make your own contributions.
I'm not your teacher. If you want to discuss something then you have to say something.

Chaz, just search online, as you do, and find the your answer. Then pawn which ever version of the definition you want, and apply.
