Does Matthew Lillard owe it, to the creators of Scream, to link Scream's behind the scenes technology to neutrality?

For all things philosophical.

My gateway, to the question, is what is the ideology of the question.
Not an ideology of, but, an idea behind the question is that the safe imagery is like a stack of cards to the observer.

A stack of cards is designed to fall over (the Domino effect), and then there is the observer (Stu Macher), to which there is finally the unlocking of the safe (the unabashing power of TV).
