So at other times, that fruit is not a 'real' apple?

Re: Which is the "Real" Apple?
I’d say it’s an apple at each stage except 7 & 8. Those stages are excluded because at those defined points in the life cycle of the apple, more of the apple has changed into something other than apple, than has yet to change.Veritas Aequitas wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 6:13 am So my question is,
at what point in time does the real apple exists?
As VT well knows, the relevance is how this applies to human life, and the implication of the definition as applied to abortion. What is the implication? That like an apple, a human is human at all stages of development, except 7 & 8.
Cutting to the chase, the honest approach to justifying abortion is to acknowledge that abortion ends a human life and that doing so is the mother’s decision, and right to decide. Why? Because that’s what is going on.

You should do something about your obsession with women's reproductive processes. Fucking kristian kunt.Walker wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 8:17 amI’d say it’s an apple at each stage except 7 & 8. Caring now?

Since abortion is legal in the US and elsewhere, the current issue is more about getting women to acknowledge reality, rather than to justify abortion by saying it’s not ending a human life.
Everyone knows abortion ends life.
Why the double think gymnastics? Just be honest.

That an apple is the same thing as a human? Hmm. How could anyone miss such profoundness?Walker wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 8:32 amYou miss the point, which is ...vegetariantaxidermy wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 8:20 am

Apparently, not caring enough to respond with relevance.

Re: Which is the "Real" Apple?
That is unnecessary, at least with me. You’re too smart, and the situation makes it unnecessary.
I’ll answer in the spirit that the question was asked.
The double-think gymnastics are in the spirit of sparing feelings in order to benefit the mind/body of the woman who sought abortion out of need. This is to aid her towards peace of mind, for her benefit and others, for a good future.
With history as evidence, there are situations in societies when the society, through individuals acting in roles, determine that some humans must be killed.
This is sanctioned by society because these acts are considered necessary by society. Soldiers are sanctioned to kill. So are cops, executioners, and by those with triage authority. They are sanctioned under specific conditions.
Well, so are women sanctioned to end life under the specific condition of pregnancy. This authority is an aspect of social living, often made necessary by life in the society. This is specifically the way that things are now in the civilized world, and it explains a lot more than slogans such as, My body My Choice.

Is this something that actually worries you? If so, it's a kind of insanity, or just academic idiocy.Veritas Aequitas wrote: ↑Sat Jan 08, 2022 6:48 amSo at other times, that fruit is not a 'real' apple?

Re: Which is the "Real" Apple?
So does excising a parasitic twin which is genetically identical to a human being.
There is nothing wrong with ending life. Every time you slap a mosquito or step on a cockroach you end a life. The the purpose of life is not the perpetuation of protoplasm.

When it comes to abortion the embryonic monster and the embryonic angel are the same.RCSaunders wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 2:40 amSo does excising a parasitic twin which is genetically identical to a human being.

If they were apples they would both be between 4 and 5 on the above list when aborted, but since they are human, abortion makes them both dead meat before the rot takes hold.
Abortion, which is death, makes the monster, the mosquito, the cockroach and the angel all the same.
Life makes them different, until it's taken away.

Re: Which is the "Real" Apple?
Why do you hate women so much? Or do you get a sexual thrill out of discussing their reproductive processes? Which is it? Hate or perversion? Hate or perversion? Hate or pervesion? Perhpas both at the same time?........Walker wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 3:30 amWhen it comes to abortion the embryonic monster and the embryonic angel are the same.RCSaunders wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 2:40 amSo does excising a parasitic twin which is genetically identical to a human being.

You're a nasty little piece of work.
Your slander is unsupported by fact, and quite inappropriate to rational, civilized intercourse.
