Harbal,

Objectively speaking, that's inappropriate for a thread about Christianity.

It would be appropriate for an anti-Christianity thread.

There, your hat would be appropriate.

It’s a little hard to invite a mythical entity into the organ that pumps blood around your body.

But if the thread were about scrofula, everypost would be about eradicating scrofula.

So like any other disease a thread about CHristianity has to be about ways to rid rid of it; ignorine it; ridicule it; hold it to account for its atrocities; and generally take the piss out of fools who spread the disease.

I have a much better name.

Call it The Clown Thread.

Then all the sane folks can come and ridicule the ignorant and narrow-minded who, if they are not misinterpreting, have no interest in truth or reality.

Then I bet you love this, too.

In just the last year, there have been:

- Over 360 million Christians living in places where they experience high levels of persecution and discrimination
- 5,898 Christians killed for their faith
- 5,110 churches and other Christian buildings attacked
- 4,765 believers detained without trial, arrested, sentenced or imprisoned

How?
By disagreeing. How else does one disagree?
By having a reason or logic behind one's disagreement. In other words, by not disagreeing merely gratuitously. By having some explanation of why one disagrees.
I gave the following reason, but you apparently didn't accept it. So I don't know what else you want. Apparently, gods aren't bound by considerations of decency toward their creations. Not sure why that should be the case except if one invokes the idea that might makes right.
I disagree. Life in and of itself is sacred and if some being brings life into the world that is capable of experiencing joy and suffering, then that being becomes responsible for the life it created and is bound by certain moral or ethical considerations. If a scientist created an artificial person who can feel all the pain and passions of a real human, then that creator/scientist loses free license to do whatever he wishes at whim with that person. Certain rules of decency apply.

Poor Harbal. Doesn't understand anything.

Persecuting persecution is not the same as persecuting Christianity.

What's the difference? Come on, you've been spoon fed too long.

Poor Harbal. Doesn't understand anything.

Persecuting persecution is not the same as persecuting Chrisianity.
Persecusion is wrong, but Jews are persecuted, Muslims, black people, gays, and lots of other people are all persecuted. Do you think that is somehow less serious than the persecution of Christians?

That's just an illusion, Gary. Consider the source of that posting, where you found that image, then instead imagine what a cow flop looks like after a wagon wheel runs through it.
