Which Society

Which Society
It is obvious from all the media chat and discussions that people today do not know, or fundamentally disagree, about the form of society they live in – British or otherwise. This is of course dangerous.
This is exposed by attitudes to the economy, industry and commerce.
In the most absolute form of totalitarian society, commerce is owned by the ‘state’ and people serve the state.
In the most absolute form of individualist or anarchist society, commerce is owned by individuals for their own benefit.
In the socially responsible and altruist society, the country and commerce is there for the benefit of society, and is regulated accordingly.
The likely fact that none of these conditions may work in any absolute way, is irrelevant. Although the advent of IT makes totalitarianism all too easy to create in error.
