If Ethics is not employed so as to define types of society then it serves little or no purpose.
Taking it for granted that it is shown that Altruist Society is dissociated from a Market Society.
Altruist Society provides people with rights and expects reciprocal duties.
If we have a health service to cure or alleviate sickness and disease, then it must be expected that people do not do those things that encourage illness, should they know what to avoid and are able to do so.
Nor should health be about removing the consequences of foolish actions, merely to make it possible for people to act with gay abandon.
In a particular case. Sex workers, so called, should be treated with sympathy by the health service and the law. However, they should not expect to have the same priority as people that live a responsible life style.
Prostitution is a symbol of the Market Society.

The purpose of ethics is to provide the principle necessary for individuals to make right choices and to live successfully and happily in this world. Society is not the purpose of ethics.
