Is philosophy too complicated?

Post by Philosophy Explorer »

What I mean is, is there too much to consider in doing philosophy?

I would say that philosophy is as fluid as science. You never know that you've covered it all.

I'd say it's an area where people are easily bewildered.

Some people make it about personal opinions. Some make it about spirituality. Some make it about consensus science. All are wrong.

Philosophy is about interpretations of science. Isn't it?

So when I say your interpretation is wrong, we leave philosophy and enter scientific consensus. When I say your interpretation is crazy, it's opinion. And when I say mind is over matter, it's spirituality.

Truly bewildering!

Philosophy is the love of wisdom. We struggle against it with all our power so it is no wonder it appears complicated
