Hello amateurphilosophynerd,
Thank you, for the welcome.

"Living on the Frontiers of Knowledge is not as easy as it sounds/
how does one discover knowledge???!!!" amateurphilosophynerd

As someone who can see the value of a Metaphysical Parallax,
The differences of Wisdom and Knowledge should be clearly seen.
(FWIS) (From Where I Stand)
Wisdom is a singular position. as is Spirit and Awareness...
Knowledge is found only in relationship to Knower and Known.
This is some what Kabalistic /Cabalistic.
It is also attuned with the Tertiumquid Reality, of which I am a advocate.
Tertiumquid : The relationship of a single or divided third Part,
to Two Parts that have not relationship, one to the other.
Saying that the Two parts, ( Dualities as we Know them,) can not represent the Whole.)
Wisdom has a placed in being of the whole.
In example:
Male and Female appear to be "Dualities" however In the Tertiumquid Reality,
that there is a divided third, labeled as Gay Males and Gay Females,
The same but not the same,
and to ignore or try to force them into one Duality or the other is not Wisdom.
In the Tertiumquid Reality ALL Perceived Dualities have this Third part, sometimes, and sometimes not.
More Examples:
Day And Night --- Dusk and Dawn
Love and Hate --- Indifference
Good and Evil --- Non Judgmental / Indecision

Newton law of Equal and Opposite --- Equal but not All/ Opposite but not Equal
ETC.
I know (Knower) this is difficult dose to swallow, But all of the parts are (Known),
IT is our place, or our Parallax that keeps our Discovery of (Knowledge) at bay.
Wisdom after All is One.

"I have counted All the Stars and there is only ONE"
As quoted from: J. J. Johansen --- Philosopher at Large.

Questions and good manners are welcome and invoke replies.

PS. amateurphilosophynerd Again thank you for the welcome
---(FWIS) There are no Amateur Philosophers,
As for Nerds (I'll need to think on that one) LOL

WAYMASTER
I can only do my best with the resources I can get philosophy wise and speak out of that. Maybe 'amateur' is arrogant.
Maybe it's an acknowledgement that there are those who know all about philosophy and can discourse on it.

(FWIS) (From Where I Stand,)
Thinking, of the long past or moments before, is a distraction from the observation of the Present.
Only the Mind that is Clear of these past ponderings, this (BULL) (Bound Up Linear Logic)
Can a Being have the Presence, the Openness for Understanding, of the Here and Now and the Events there in.
This is Essential to the ability to Act. ---To Act in the "Present" is the only possibility of Change.
Being bound up in linear thinking, logical or not is a hindrance to Understanding.
The "Present" as it becomes manifest in the Here-Now is wholly New, and is open to those unencumbered of the Past.
I honor the Amateur, for thay need not get out of there own way.
Blessings to you. Thank you for your reply. (WHY)

Good evening, Mr. Jerry,

As I say to everybody I meet here for the first time, please forgive me for assuming your sex, and please look at my Wiki link at the end, if you want an explanation.

You talk of your ‘stance’. Could you tell me where you stand as regards women?

Hello Duncan,
Mr. it is. I have been Married, but it was not marry. Lived together two years, married four. No kids.
Thank God as it was not for the lack of trying.
I will not make that mistake again. As I am happy as I am.
If I won the big Lotto, BIG---BIG Lotto. It would be worth it to have one or to children. Out of wedlock.
I look forward to the days of Cloning. But at 61y/o it is not likely, that it will be one of my adventures.
*******************************************************

However (FWIS) Women are the source of the Future.
As well as the establishment of the linkage to the Past.

The "Metaphysical - Bass" only allow mankind to occupy Links of Spaces and Times,
beyond their "own" "Space and Time" back to the Womb of their Mother,
and then to her Mother and her Mother, and so on back to "Eve." "So To Speak"

There is no other Physical link to the Father.
The only Link to another, to the Father, or to any other,
beyond your own Space and Time Occupancy,
IS through Compassion and Love.
A thin link at that, but stronger than Life itself. and Of all of the interrelationships ever formed,
Compassion and Love, appears to be seldom. It is sad to Say.

This may be more than you asked for but This IS the way it IS..
Thank you for the inquiry I know it is not the reply you expected,
when you can write again.
PS. For your own health, realize the Indifference ends relationship.
So let it go and begin anew.
It seem you are making your own enclosure.
Your E-Pal WHYMASTER of Nod.

Good evening, Mr. Jerry,

So, you don’t advise marriage? I do, though I was a total failure, myself. How else are we going to control our women? I am your age (62), so there may be some similarities; but I fear we are not going to see eye-to-eye on most things. Buddhism I find annoyingly feminist; my devout atheism denies metaphysics; astral projections and out-of-body experiences are just waking dreams; and your ‘death net’ I know nothing about. Not a lot of common ground, here! I do agree that indifference destroys relationships, but that seems rather banal.

From your mystical ramblings on the elevated status of womanhood, you don’t sound quite ready for my crusade against them, yet! I prefer talking more about female sin than virtue -- women handle the latter quite nicely, all on their own.

I wish you well, however, and invite you to get back in touch, if you should ever decide you would like to talk seriously about the nature of womankind. I think they are worth taking very seriously indeed.

Hello Mr. Duncan,
You assume much,
I try to avoid giving advise, It is seldom wanted and less seldom headed.
I do not advise marriage for myself at 61 y/o.
If someone can make a woman happy being Married, I am all for it,
and as I found, if you can make a woman happy with Divorce, I am all for that too.
If you Love someone, you will wish to see them happy. With that I am happy.
I do not see women as propriety and have no wish,
to wasting my life trying to control women or men.
It seems to me that if a person can not control their own life.
It is hardly advisable to try to control others.
I do not see that there are any similarities between us,
with the exception of what hangs between our legs.
I my case it is seldom hanging down.
Buddha has not formed a religion but a way of living, and nothing more.
The Buddha life is neither Feminist nor Masculine in life's Living.
For most Atheist The Buddha life is vary compatible.
Stepping away from my norm,
let me advise that you look toward the more Radical Moslem religion,
as from the postings you have presented, you seem to have one foot there already.
I DO NOT THINK THAT FOLLOWING THE LIFE OF THE MOHAMED WILL DO FOR YOU,
AS HE WAS PURE, OPEN HEARTED AND LIFE FULFILLING.
Much alike are Jesus, Buddha, Mohamed, before the corruption of religions.
Physic may be for you it is extremely time consuming and you my need the diversion.
****************************************
Speaking from a Metaphysical View, (FWIS)
As far as, astral projections and out-of-body experiences, like God,
it is something that is not real until you experience it
and then you cannot shut-up about it. LOL
***************************************
As for the Death Net,
It is the "residue of Your Own Life," that is left unchangeable,
as you make each and every Change in yourself, in each "Today" that you can live.
The Death Net,
occupies all the Space that you have ever used,
from where the Earth was at your Birth, until you "DIE"
and there you remain as the Earth moves on without you, remaining in the Present.
For sure, I am Indifferent to your wish to control Women,
Or your crusade, or anyone crusade "for" or "against" Women Or anyone
and see it as a wasted effort, from Eve's time. (So to speak)
*****************************************************
I do not see how you can think that I have a view that is a "elegated status of womanhood" Duncan
It is quite plain that Women will continue to provide the world with offspring,
unless "MEN learn to give Birth, and I for-see Cloning happening long before that occurs.
and if Men had to go through the Pain involved, it would never happen anyway.
Also I have found that Most Peoples reorganization of "SIN" is,
that it is only something that other people Do.
********************************************
Finally. Prophetically speaking.
Soon the ever increasing loss of the fertilely of Men will bring Women in the full control of the Earth and the continuation of Man on it.
**************************
And now that you are wholly pissed-off, bent-out, and momentarily speechless.
I too, I wish you well, and invite you to get back in touch,
if you should ever decide, that you would like to talk seriously about the nature of HUMANKIND.
AS I think WE are worth being taken very seriously in thought and in deed.

Good evening, Mr. Jerry,

Please forgive the delay in replying -- I’ve had rather a lot on, what with my college course and various campaigns I am waging locally. It is kind of you to consider my opinions, especially as they are so at odds with your own. Thank you very much.

Your idea of making a woman happy by divorcing her is very foreign to me; and anyway it is totally besides the point, if there are any children involved. To damage the children to indulge either parent is deeply offensive to me. Stay married! As for controlling strangers, shirk your duty to ensure civility in public places if you like, but please don’t promote this irresponsible attitude to others.

Your suggestion that self-control has priority over control and being controlled is misguided. On the contrary, it is far easier to control others, or be controlled by them, than it is to control ourselves -- particularly true in infancy, of course. But even as adults, as far as ourselves are concerned, we need all the outside help we can get -- we all know how power corrupts -- whereas very often when controlling others, we have to act alone.

Despite their more positive aspects, all religions are also an escape from reality -- a form of entertainment -- more a female than male interest, I suggest. I guess the evolutionary origins are that women needed to entertain themselves and each other, while their men were away attending to more practical issues like hunting and killing other men. This is why I consider religions all more or less feminist -- even though men, as always, have commandeered the positions of high status. I regard the Muslim religion as essentially no different, though I accept they do have their women under more control. Yielding those responsibilities to God, that rightfully rest on men’s shoulders, is a serious cop out, in my book. Jesus’ admonition that we should not judge each other emasculates all men, makes us impotent in public, and leaves us defenceless when women (e.g. the feminists) attack us.

I have said enough about the paranormal already, so I won’t repeat myself, and your concept of the Death Net makes no sense to me. How does it lead to the idea that the sex war is wrong? Do you think all those feminists installed in university Women’s Studies are also as misguided? For sure they themselves think they are mounting an heroic crusade against male dominance -- do you tell them too that they are wrong?

To prove to me that you do not have an elevated vision of women, please list some of their sins. In other words, identify the sorts of bad behaviour at which women are worse than men. Only if you have a clear idea of their sins as well as their virtues, can you claim to have a realistic image of women. Almost no men have.

You do nothing out of the ordinary when you prophesy a future take-over of the world by women -- it is the underlying theme of a huge body of feminist work -- so I presume you consider yourself a feminist? Ask yourself this: are women really so weak that they need your help? Have they really achieved nothing over the last 100 years, despite all their struggling and striving? If you truly respected women you would recognise their strength and tremendous achievements, and join the ranks of your natural sex forthwith -- to try in desperation to recover something from the disastrous rout we have suffered.

No, your message did not ‘piss me off’, but it certainly did not make me happy, either. This is one of the reasons why I have taken so long to reply. You are right (as I warned at the start) that we certainly have little in common. But this does not mean we cannot converse politely, and hopefully enlighten each other now and then. I shall continue to reply to you, should you write, but please forgive me if it is not always as promptly as I would like.
