Season's greetings

Post by xenophon »

Hi all,

I am a British bloke from Sussex, who is seriously thinking about studying Philosophy at postgrad level. Any advice would be welcome, I am currently debating whether I should study with the Open University - I can't attend a full or part time Uni course, I work abroad a lot.

I'm looking forward to some stimulating debate and new ideas, happy xmas and a happy new year to you all

I really do think that you should study it. If you have the impulse for it, then you are half way there. And I think that the Open Uni would be great. I'm thinking about doing something on it now that I'm away from the uni battleground itself!

Hi TheJanus,

Thanks for the advice. I'm probably going to do it. I've registered for Feb 2009, so have a whole year to see how other things pan out. I left Uni back in '99, but miss the books, the study etc.

Cheers
