See what I mean? Spinz was so far ahead of his time, he was socially distancing four hundred years before the covid pandemic even happened. You can't top that, dude.

The above is an assumption. If it was in Spinoza’s character to go along, not to be true to his understanding, he had many opportunities to do so. He need not have been banned from his congregation or be restrained from going to the aid of his friend who was being beaten to death, risking the same fate for himself. He lacked neither integrity nor courage.

The above quote is a slur on his integrity and courage and there is no basis in fact for it.
