This is only a problem if you think it is a problem. And it doesn't have to be a problem

Saying it has a 'likelihood' is not meaningful. As either it is or it isn't and it is now. I think what was meant is that it is a 'possibility'.

A. Einstein did call himself a logical positivist as he only believed theories had meaning and validity if there could be some proof. The theories that have expanded relativity into speculations on exact beginnings of the universe, different movements of time and multi universes would have had little interest to him. later in life A Einstein made many statements on morality, Tsionism and said that he regretted not having spent more time on spirituality. For example he said 'Consciousness creates the illusion that we are separate individuals.' my own paraphrase.
