Peter Weasel Zapffe had much more to say about this than Nietzsche. Nietzsche copped out on his conclusions. As did Camus. Phillip Mainlander went extreme, but at least he didn't cop out on his conclusions (even for me, God's 'Will to Death' is a bit fantastical. ) But no more so than anyone else, like Nietzsche, who starts to hypothesize about meaning. Then it becomes a fairy tale.
