I hope they prosecute that little six year old bastard who shot his teacher in Virginia to the fullest extent of the law. Such gun violence cannot be tolerated and it's time for us to be responsible Americans and say enough is enough.

And what the fuck do you expect them to do to a six year old? Give him the death penalty? Put him in an adult prison? Normally I would assume you were being facetious, but you are American and you are all fucking insane. I can't believe they actually arrested a six year old. For fuck sake! He's a baby!

Additional liner notes. in the podcast i describe how elated i wuz when i wuz cornered and captured by the deputies and police (it wuz a joint operation). i should explain a bit more what that entailed becuz in our criminal analysis it's an important element.

in addition to the sheer exhilaration i felt as a result of both the Adderall high (I said 'meth' but meant the methamphetamine Adderall, not crystal meth), the adrenaline and the exhaustion from being tracked for hours, i wuz also relieved in a sense that it wuz finally over. i knew that this stuff couldn't go on forever although i had made it almost five months.

when i rounded that building corner to run, another unit jumps the curb and blocks me. it wuz then that i threw the hands up an dropped without a werd, obviously to avoid being tackled and/or shot. i wuz seized and pinned, cuffed, scooped up and backed against the back end of the patrol car. no getting bent over the hood like in the movies.

the levity i felt at that moment wuz so sincere i felt not a hint of malice toward my captors. in fact throughout the next two hours I would find myself cajoling with them at the station, petting the shepherd that tracked me, complimenting them for tactics or criticizing them for mistakes they made while tracking me and what they could have done better, etc. I had transformed the sheriff station into a highschool locker room it wuz hilarious. I explained how at several points during the pursuit they actually had me pinned but didn't know it becuz they got impatient. the flushing technique wuz working and i wuz boxed in on more than one occasion but the unit kept moving down the street... allowing me to cross the road behind him and so forth. i wuz following my gps back to my van and had to cross several roads to get there. the grid like flat nature of the neighborhood made it impossible to cross a street without being seen from a hundred yards down it. this particular neighbor wuz well illuminated by street lamps too.

i wish i could get video footage of us carrying on in the sheriff station that morning. the pursuit began around twoish and they got me around fourish. i told em how originally i had gotten back to my van before they even showed up and coulda drove off with the nights spoils... but i got greedy and wanted to finish the neighborhood. what threw me wuz sounds of doors slamming in a house after i made my way to the next house down the line. it spooked me becuz i thought somehow the owner wuz notified of my presence; maybe heard or saw me, maybe alarm alerted him, maybe the car beeped his keys when i opened the door and he/she ran downstairs, etc. I'm in and out of a car in less than fifteen seconds so wuz down the road before whoever came out.

but that wuz why i left and shouldn't have gone back. i got too comfortable. ain't that what always happens to the criminal mastermind?

elated, exhausted, sick and tired of taking showers at truck stops or getting a motel room just to have access to a shower. tired of all that walking in the wee hours of the morning going through cars. tired of having to drive defensively so cops don't get behind me and run my plates. of having to worry about someone calling the cops on a strange van that doesn't belong in the guest spot in the apartment parking lot I'm parked and sleeping in. it wuz taxing, but there were also tremendous advantages that i would later very much miss. only at that moment, i wuz tired of running... especially with two backpacks packed with stolen merchandise.

i remember collapsing into the tall, cool fescue grass of the property of whatever building that wuz. i looked like Dafoe collapsing in Platoon. it wuz like that... my hands up and out as i fell forward from my knees, finally defeated. how refreshing it felt...  the morning dew, the rich organic smell of the erf as i laid there upon her announcing my unconditional surrender to the authorities.

this lasted for a brief second of course as i wuz immediately pummeled and cuffed.

now why wouldn't they just pay a few extra dollars and get a better actress to shoot this commercial?

this is in my opinion the most excruciating commercial on TV at this moment (in my area). the first thing u notice is how she keeps hitting that same note and speaking with the same cadence. then u notice how her jaw is wider than her waist and her hair is obnoxiously long.

here I'll say it like Christina would say it:

So.

Since it's Sunday, and I still consider it Christmas\NY time (not that I need an excuse) I spent the day drinking copious amounts of alcohol and playing VR pool with randoms from around the planet.

So then I get a message from a girlfriend (the one that has turned) and she wants to go out an play pool. So I say, sure, but I have been playing pool all day and can't go anywhere but local since I'm half cut.

I fall asleep on the couch waiting for her. We go out, to a fancy pub with no pool table, as she tells me about some girl called buffe that she had fun with the other night.

We get back to my place and I ask her if she wants to try VR and straight away she wants to see some porn. So (all my porn is lesbian) ....well she is very impressed.

...she just left...soon I have to go with her to a LGBT (Q<-- wots that?) club again with her!! Yippy, such is the life of atto (my niece used to say I reminded her of Charlie from Two and a Half Men!!) - maybe there is something in that...apart from I am no chick magnet.

ya know i wuz thinking about Eddie's behavior modification experiment with Herbie... that targeting grid Eddie set up with the inmate across from him to locate where Herbie wuz in his cell when throwing water on him. Ed claims that Herbie couldn't figure out how he started getting him with the water every time.

i thought about that and then wuz like what if that made his schizophrenic paranoia even worse. think about it. how would he make sense of Ed suddenly being about to hit him everytime with the water? wouldn't be luck becuz it wuz too consistent... so what, somehow 'they' are conspiring and someone is helping Eddie?

Herbie is the kind of guy who might be effected badly by such an experience and while it may serve to modify his behavior, it creates suspicions and confusions, things that aren't good for paranoid schizos. just sayin.

we would certainly hope that Eddie eventually explain to Herbie how he wuz doing that.
