Some heavy allegations.

The SCOTUS willingness to slap down Governor Cuomo’s imperial decree in New York restricting religion is encouraging. When asked about that, Cuomo said their decision is irrelevant, strangely similar to Pelosi saying the vote count would not matter. Is Cuomo going to ignore the ruling and continue as before, like Obama’s administration ignored immigration laws?

Why wouldn’t he. The Supreme Court only decides, it doesn’t enforce, and Leftists corrupting processes, systems and institutions is en vogue these days. If he gave the SCOTUS the finger he would probably be a media hero.

Another election lawsuit in Georgia.

“Because of these irregularities, no one knows who really won Georgia’s presidential election. So, the election result should be nullified and the appointment of the electors should revert to the state legislature, as provided in Article II of the United States Constitution,” the 28-page document states.

Gretchen Whitmer, governor of Michigan, might get the Time Magazine person of the year award.

Apparently she has the foremost expert. The top science guy.

He must be the Kraken. Science guy. He's the Left's petard.

If so, then she's willing to take it all the way and invalidate the election nationwide, send the election to Constitutional Plan B.

The consequences would be worth the price of admission.

Judge, dismissing the last of these hopelessly inept Kraken lawsuits wrote:“Allegations that find favor in the public sphere of gossip and innuendo cannot be a substitute for earnest pleadings and procedure in federal court. They most certainly cannot be the basis for upending Arizona’s 2020 General Election.”
And that was that for the Kraken, a completely predictable shambles.

There's always another 9/11 conspiracy theory. And every Wednesday there's a new cult predicting the end of the world next Tuesday. If it doesn't work, just do it again.
