The last time he got away with something, he instantly went out and did something worse. Now he's got away with that too, how likely is it that he isn't just going to seek more foreign intervention in the election? He hasn't even had the sense to ditch Giuliani, that loon is a liability, and he's already spouting about renewing his efforts to do the same lunatic shit again.

All this while Sentate Republicans suggest Trump will 'think twice' before engaging in conduct he was impeached for again. That would be sort of out of character really wouldn't it?

Well, Russian interference didn't work, then Ukrainian interference didn't work. I'll bet there's some good dirt in Bulgaria...

It seems odd to have to go so far doesn't it? Like, if Biden had actually been the one driving for that specific prosecutor to be fired, the evidence wouldn't be in Ukraine, it would be in a filing cabinet at Foggy Bottom. Trump would never have needed Ukraine to show that Biden excercised improper influence, he could have told Shannon, Tillerson, Sullivan or Pompeo to just hand him all the proof he could possibly need.

Same as he's been President for 3 years now and apparently hasn't done anything to unearth that conspiracy he spent years on ... you know, that whole Obama birth certificate thing.

Chances are that if Trump needs a second impeaching, then the Grand Jury that's investigating those payments to the porn stars, and the fake invoices that were used to cover it up, should get there fairly soon. Allen W still has that immunity deal right?

And then there's the question of whether you upstanding moralists would finally turn on him if he tried to use executive privilige to shield his children from prosecution in such a case.

Dims, I mean, Dems try twice, fail twice. What's next?

Let's review...

Two years, a team of career prosecutors (most, Clinton supporters), a nearly unlimited budget, nearly unlimited investigatory power. Find that collusion, damnit!

No collusion/conspiracy by or for Trump, and a handful of verifiable events which, if viewed a certain way, might indicate obstruction of justice.

Flummoxed.

Investigation into a phone call, events surrounding the phone call, persons with second-hand knowledge of the phone call, and the presumed intent of the President; private and public hearings, a trial wherein evidence (irrefutable and overwhelming) is offered of high crime & misdemeanor, where a defense was (finally allowed to be) presented. Convict!

Acquitted.

Flummoxed again.

What's next?

Nuthin', wrapped in faux-propriety and mock-righteousness.

What's next?

A grand noise, supposedly heraldin' his downfall, revealed ultimately (for a third time) as just Dems fartin'.

I think the Trumpette must go to bed a happy man knowing that he can lie and lie and lie and lie and basically shit all over the faces of his supporters and they just gobble it up.

The fuck you talking about? Mueller had no way to compel Trump to be interviewed, and thus Trump never testified. All sorts of records including tax forms have been successfully withheld under claims of executive privilege. Similarly, all the people who could testify to direct conversations with Trump about withholding that money from Ukraine refused to testify before the House, and the emails that explain that decision are also being withheld under executive privilege.

Meanwhile his lawyer is in prison and his Chief Financial Officer has an immunity deal with the DA. The only bank that would lend him money is fighting to keep the details of why that might be out of the clutches of investigators.

None of this should matter much to you though surely? You have been clear all along that you know he is a crook, and you don't mind.

Did Bobbie challenge Trump's immunity claims in court?

Did Adam challenge Trump's immunity claims in court?

That was, is, the remedy to an oversteppin' executive.

Both Bobbie & Adam had nearly unlimited investigatory power.

Neither exercised it wisely.

Boo-friggin'-Whoo

He will win the election again, while in office next term, USA's economy will suffer greatly and eventually go bankrupt.

But I'll give you one of his favourite ways of lying about something,

Since they have no viable candidate for the presidency the only thing they can do is tarnish and perhaps invalidate the next election. The recent kerfluffle in Iowa was a trial run.
