chicken Karala and korma (when done proper - hot/spicy(peppercorns)
love my Thai too (not the namby panby Pad Thai - peanut noodles - but the spicy sort Red/Green/Yellow curry with cocconut cream)
cadamon, peppercorn, star anise, cloves, fenel are good and needed for ones that value spice over blandness.
