...using the Champagne Sherry Principle is subsequent to a university study selecting the best city in the best county of the best state to establish AEP headquarters and begin political operations.
This is nice, but what if the best county is not home to the best city?

What if the best city is in the best county of the worst state?

What if the best state has the best county but all cities in it suck?

What if the best city is in in the best state, but located in its suckiest one of all its counties?

What if the best county has the best city in the best state? Then you'll be held to your word, to carry out your plan, will be charged with high treason, and quartered, hung and dried up to be sold as Geranium fertilizer? (Just joking... but not really. Treason is not to be toyed with as a plan even on philosophy forums. The long eyes of the FBI or the CIA may cast a condemning glance at your intentions.)

You have to understand, the best State is the critical element because a city or county cannot secede from the Union. It doesn't matter if the best county or city is in a different state. Once you have selected the best State, you need to select the best county to begin operations, and then the best city within that county. And by the way, from the very beginning, the American Energy Party (AEP) will have an adversarial relationship with every political entity it does not control, starting with the city, county, state and federal government in that order. As you can see, my goal is to be known as the most dangerous man in America.

You're a pussycat compared to Trump.

What makes you think you'll be allowed to secede from the US? You'll be blocked.

With 100% AEP members representing the State in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, we will have an international stage challenging the Federal government 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and creating a chaotic atmosphere never before seen in political deliberations anywhere in the world since the beginning of time.

That's if you get that far in trying to take over the state. And the rest of Congress and the President will oppose the AEP.

AEP membership will be open to everyone in the world, and our political influence for properly-run government will grow steadily, not only in the U.S., but internationally.

A prediction that won't come true for many reasons.

Why don't you list some of them.

Many people throughout the world see no advantage in breaking up the US (the WIIFM principle). The AEP doesn't exist (can't even get off the ground). Secession is implicitly against the law.

Are you going to start calling me names like you usually do because this is another argument you can't win?

Please, there are no "implicit" laws. Either something is against the law or it isn't. Refer me to anything in the U.S. Constitution that denies a State the ability to secede from the Union.

Unilateral secession is unconstitutional:

There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that prohibits a State from seceding from the Union, and even the U.S. Supreme Court said in the Wikipedia article you posted that revolution or consent of the States could lead to a successful secession.

Quoting from the article:

"The Supreme Court has consistently interpreted the Constitution to be an "indestructible" union."

That's the bottom line.

Again, there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that specifically forbids secession, and the AEP may well foment the revolution the Supreme Court referred to.

I disagree, based on judicial interpretation of the Constitution.
