They called Patton Blood and Guts....... our blood, his guts.
Indeed.

You could at least say why these scenes are your favourites. It would make the thread a lot more interesting.

''On December 8, 1945, Patton's chief of staff, Major General Hobart Gay, invited him on a pheasant hunting trip near Speyer to lift his spirits. Observing derelict cars along the side of the road, Patton said, "How awful war is. Think of the waste." Moments later his car collided with an American army truck at low speed.''
The irony is so thick here, I'm almost tempted to say it was divinely inspired.

It was fun.
What have I done lately? People seem to feel interest for me.
It was < fun scene for me, like the one in the taxi, maybe it reminds me to my feelings if that's what you want to hear, I don't know. Saying why funny things are funny is difficult.
Here, take more entertainment.

Great scene. I love Michael Douglas and that film. A man driven mad by bullshit. "I don't want to be your buddy, I just want breakfast''.

"I've seen attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate.

All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Time to die."

I don't like at all that film, or the book, and they are probably the most different book-film I've read/watched.

That film was a monument of great design; thoughtful, original, quirky and interesting.
It revolutionised the way we look at the future.

This scene from Goodfellas probably has more Tension in it than anything I have seen.
After witnessing a string of violent events, some arbitrary, Joe Peschi challenges an innocent remark made by Ray Liotta.

If you ain't seen this film don't watch this clip on its own.
